Bileşim was established in March 1998 and started giving credit card and acquiring services to its first client T.C. Ziraat Bank A.Ş. in June 1998. After the first year of establishment, by breaking new ground, Bileşim started a crossborder cooperation with Turkish Ziraat Bank Bosnia dd located in Sarajevo and has been providing services in card operations and payment systems.

In October 2002, T.Halk Bank A.Ş. became the third client taking service from Bileşim. Bileşim is currently managing issuing and acquiring operations of its existing clients by aiming to increase the volume of clients and strengthen the loyalties of its clients. Carrying further its services, Bileşim is working on solutions about new card technologies in order to reach higher standarts in card and payment systems operations and Bileşim has been providing consultant in card business and payment systems to the domestic and international banks and financial institutions. Bileşim is moving forward to be the leading company of Turkey in payment systems with its strong capital structure and high qualified human resources and aiming to expand its client portfolio by offering other financial institutions high quality services with cost effective card operations and payment systems solutions.
