Board of Directors

After graduating in 2004 from Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration in English, Ermiş began his professional career as an accountant in the finance department of an international transport company in New York City, USA. He started his banking career in 2008 as an Assistant Inspector at Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş., where he subsequently worked as an Inspector, Senior Inspector, Chief Inspector, and Head of Department. Currently, he serves as the Assistant General Manager of Operational Transactions and Digital Transformation at Türkiye Halk Bankası A.Ş. Mustafa Ermiş was appointed to the Board of Directors of our company in August 2024 and has served as its Chair of the Board since then.

He received his Bachelor's degree from Middle East Technical University, Faculty of Engineering and Master's degree from Atılım University, Institute of Social Sciences, Business Management. He started his career at Ziraat Bank Banking School. He worked in various positions mainly in Channel Management, Digital Banking and Payment Systems. Since April 2021, he has been working as the Head of Card Operations Department at Ziraat Bank. As of November 2024, he was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of our Company and assumed the position of Vice Chair of the Board.

Mr. Hakseven graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Computer Science Engineering and completed his master's degree at Istanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Production Management. He has also conducted academic studies on Software Reliability Models and Software Development Methodologies. Starting his professional career in the field of information technologies in the banking sector, he worked in the fields of Software, Process, Network/System, Database, Information Security and Project Management in public and private sector organisations. He served as Information Technologies Manager, Software and Business Development Director, Assistant General Manager in charge of IT and Operations and General Manager, respectively. He served as General Manager at the Insurance Information and Monitoring Centre until April 2022. Murat HAKSEVEN has been serving as the General Manager of Bileşim A.Ş. since April 2022.

In 2007, he graduated from Gazi University, Department of Economics. In 2017, he completed the Data Analytics Programme at Boston University, and in 2022, he graduated from Özyeğin University’s Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) program. He began his professional career in 2008 as an Assistant Inspector at Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. After working as an Inspector until August 2017, he served as the Customer Relationship Management Manager from 2017 to 2020 and as the Head of Customer Experience and Management from 2020 to 2023. Since October 2023, he has been serving as the President of Digital Banking and Distribution Channels at Vakıfbank. He was appointed as a Board Member of our company in October 2023.

She graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Economics in 2013. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Accounting-Finance at the same university. She began her professional career as an Assistant Specialist at the Undersecretariat of Treasury of the Prime Ministry in 2014 and was appointed as a Specialist in 2017. During her tenure, she worked on the execution of legislation processes related to angel investment and venture capital funds, preparation of legal infrastructure for using movable assets as collateral, preparation and execution of the Portfolio Guarantee System within the framework of the Credit Guarantee Fund, and the implementation and execution of regulations regarding foreign exchange offices. Since April 2023, she has been appointed as Department Head at the General Directorate of Financial Markets and Foreign Exchange of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, where she continues to serve.
