After graduating from the Computer Sciences Engineering Department of Yıldız Technical University, he studied for a master’s degree in the Production Management Department in the Faculty of Business Administration at Istanbul University. He also carried out academic studies on software reliability models and software development methodologies. He started his career in the field of information technologies in the banking sector. He took office in the software, process, network/system, database, information security, and project management fields in the public and private sectors. He served as information technologies manager, software and business development director, assistant general manager for IT and operations, and general manager, respectively. Having served as the General Manager of the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center until April 2022, Murat HAKSEVEN has started taking office as the General Manager in Bileşim A.Ş. as of April 2022, and he has a good command of English.
Deputy General Manager
Having graduated from Anadolu University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Economics Department, Okur began his career as an assistant specialist at T. Emlak Bank Inc., and continued in the capacity of specialist, assistant manager and manager within the same organization. Starting from February, 2002, Okur has been employed with Bileşim, Inc. as Bank Accounting and Back Office Department Manager, Internal Audit and Risk Management Department Manager, Card Acceptance Operations Department Manager, Card Acceptance and Financial Operations Group Manager, Card Acceptance and Financial Operations as of October 2011, and as well as manager of the Financial Transactions and Resource Management Group since April, 2012.
Deputy General Manager
Having graduated from Uludağ University’s Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences Department of Finance in 2003, Öztürk began his professional career the same year in Akbank T.A.Ş’ Member Workplace team. He conducted this job at various positions until 2011, when he worked as a Brand Partnerships Department manager at Akbank T.A.Ş. In August, 2012, he joined our company’s staff to establish the Paraf field teams, and in the process he managed Paraf POS Sales Support, Merchandising, Card Sales Support, Collective Card Distribution operations. In addition to these duties, Öztürk was also made responsible for the management of the Corporate Customer Relations Department as of June, 2017. He has been serving as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Operations since January, 2019.
Zafer Basri YÜKSEL
Deputy General Manager
Having graduated from Erciyes University’s Department of Economics in English in 1997, Yüksel went on to complete his Master’s Degree in International Banking and Finance at Istanbul Commerce University Finance Institute. After starting his career as an Export Specialist in a private firm in 1998, he worked as a Financial Analyst at Faisal Finans Kurumu between 1999 and 2000. Yüksel worked as Credit Allocation Manager at Yapı Kredi Financial Leasing Inc. between 2000-2008, as Sales and Marketing Deputy General Manager at Ziraat Bank Moscow between 2008 and 2009, and as General Manager of Ziraat Bank Moscow between 2009 and 2012. He continued his duty as Branch Manager at Ziraat Bank between 2012 -2014. Since November 2014, he has also served as Deputy General Manager of Marketing and Sales Management at Halk Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. from July, 2016 to October, 2017. As of 16.01.2018, he has been serving as Deputy General Manager of our company’s Corporate Relations Group.
After graduating from the Mathematics Department of the Faculty of Science and Literature of the Middle East Technical University in 1987, he started his career as Assistant Programmer in the IT Center of T. Vakıflar Bankası T.A.O. in 1988. Having served as the Assistant Manager for Application Development, Technical Manager, Manager, and Head of Department in the bank, respectively, Kantemir has been taking office as the Assistant General Manager of our Company since May 2022.
Graduated from the Public Administration Department of the Faculty of Political Sciences of Istanbul University in 1987, Pekşen got his master’s degree in the European Union Law at the Institute of Social Sciences of Istanbul University. After starting his career as an Auditor in T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. in 1988-1996, he took office as the Assistant Manager for Payment Systems in 1996-1998. Serving as the Assistant General Manager of our Company in 1998-2008, Hasan Pekşen worked in senior positions in CreditwestBank, Provus Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., MasterCard, and Verisoft A.Ş., respectively in 2008-2022. Hasan Pekşen, who has been appointed the Assistant General Manager of our Company as of May 2022, speaks English.
